¡Adelante! 2010

¡Adelante! 2010

¡Adelante! means: "Forward!, Onward!, Carry On!;
It is often used to encourage someone to move forward,
to persevere despite obstacles,
to take one more step on his or her journey."

¡Adelante! 2010
Thursday March 11, 2010
6:00 - 10:00 pm

This elegant event will bring together over 200 community leaders and supporters from across the greater Chicagoland area for an evening of drinks, hors d'oeuvres, live music, and a live and silent auction. 100% of event proceeds go to the Family Scholarship Fund and will provide our families with scholarship assistance through the end of this school year

St. Procopius School is committed to ensuring that no family is turned away because they cannot afford school tuition, but we depend heavily on the generosity of the greater community to make this goal possible.

Our School's Mission
St. Procopius School is dual-language Catholic elementary school (PK-8) located in Pilsen on Chicago's Southwest Side. In the Jesuit tradition of education, St. Procopius offers a quality Catholic education that is unique among urban schools. As the first dual language elementary school in the Archdiocese of Chicago, the students are expected to perform at or above grade-level in both Spanish and English. All of our graduates are completely bilingual which increases their professional marketability while preserving their rich cultural heritage. Most students participate in the After-School program in one of the many activities such as tutoring, art, music, and dance clubs, sports, and cultural programs. We are proud to say that most of our graduates are accepted to competitive secondary schools such as St. Ignatius College Prep, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, and the De La Salle Institute.
