THANKS FOR A GREAT EVENT!

On Thursday, March 11, we celebrated another successful year of dual-language Catholic education in Chicago's Pilsen community!

Thank you to all the wonderful people who made Adelante 2010 possible! Your support helped us raise over $25,000 for the Family Scholarship Fund, which provides financial aid to over 95% of our families. These financial aid packages ensure that financial hardship does not prevent any family from accessing a Catholic, dual-language, and bicultural education that prepares students for excellence in high school and college.

St. Procopius School is committed to ensuring that no family is turned away because they cannot afford the full cost of tuition, but we depend heavily on the generosity of the greater community to make this goal possible.

With delicious Mexican food, an open bar, musical entertainment, over 115 auction items to bid on, and student presentations, this was a night to celebrate and enjoy!

OUR SCHOOL'S HISTORY AND MISSION
St. Procopius School is dual-language Catholic elementary school (PK-8) located in Pilsen on Chicago's lower west side. In the Jesuit tradition of education, St. Procopius offers a quality Catholic education that is unique among urban schools. As the first dual language elementary school in the Archdiocese of Chicago, the students are expected to perform at or above grade-level in both Spanish and English. All of our graduates are completely bilingual which increases their professional marketability while preserving their rich cultural heritage. Most students participate in the After-School program in one of the many activities such as tutoring, art, music, and dance clubs, sports, and cultural programs. We are proud to say that most of our graduates are accepted to competitive secondary schools such as St. Ignatius College Prep, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, or De La Salle Institute.

Contributions to St. Procopius Elementary School are tax deductible.
St. Procopius is a 501(c)3 institution.

Please consider making a donation to continue your support of St. Procopius School.
