GENEOLOGY REQUESTS
Requests must be submitted in writing.
Please provide as much information as possible for each family member you would like to have researched, such as:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Father's Name
Mother's Maiden Name
Date of Baptism
Date of Communion
Date of Confirmation
Date of Marriage
Date of Death
Geneology research is time consuming and our staff sets aside routine office work to devote time to do the research. Therefore, there is a $25 non-refundable fee for each member being researched whether information is found or not.
